Yes! Once you create an account, you can save your favorite properties by clicking the heart or "Save" icon on any listing. You can access all your saved properties in your account dashboard for easy reference.

How do I set up property alerts?

After creating an account, save your search criteria. Our system will automatically send you email or push notifications (on the app) when new properties that match your criteria are listed. This ensures you never miss your perfect property.

How do I list a property on Iad Properties?

Listing a property is simple:

1. Log in to your Iad Properties account
2. Click on "List Property" or "Add Listing" in your dashboard
3. Fill in all required details about the property including title, description, price, location, features, and upload high-quality photos
4. Submit the listing for review

Once approved by our team, your property will go live on the platform.

What information do I need to provide for a listing?

You should be prepared to provide:

Why is my property listing pending or not showing?

All listings are reviewed by our moderation team to ensure they meet our quality guidelines and contain accurate information. This process usually takes a few hours during business days. Listings that are incomplete, contain prohibited content, or seem fraudulent will not be approved.

I am an agent. How can I get featured on the platform?

How does Iad Properties ensure the quality of listings?

Does Iad Properties handle the money for transactions?

No. Iad Properties is a marketing and connection platform. We do not facilitate payments, hold deposits, or participate in the financial transaction between the buyer/tenant and the seller/landlord. How do I update my account information?

How do I delete my account?
